Mad-Sweet Pangs
ABOUT THE BAND

Mad-Sweet Pangs draws their outrageously heady sound from too many genres to even attempt listing, and too many influences to even begin naming. They're often described as genreless or, more accurately, genre-transcending. Their performances are akin to a volcano; with an unpredictable start time, they explode with face-melting, lava-hot ferocity. When the smoke clears, they've laid a new bedrock for human growth and exploration.

Come to a show and forget everything you know about folk, rock, blues, country, jazz, history, your self, or anything else for that matter. You’ll be dancing so much that you will become the dance. You’ll become the dance so much that people will begin to refer to you as Mr. or Mrs. Dance. In-between the dancing are moments of deep self-introspection brought about by lyrics that can only be described as, well, lyrical.

These road warriors make King Leonidas look like Tinkerbell as they fly up and down the east coast in a tour van, the likes of which would make Han Solo jealous. They will see you at a future show. No really, they will. They have psychic powers and excellent vision. As a thriving and throbbing musical entity, Mad-Sweet Pangs clearly takes everything they do very, very . . .
